About Me:
Throughout my career, I have provided professional services to my clients. I am a licensed Mortgage Consultant with an M.B.A. I have over 25 years experience in finance, real estate and consulting. I obtained my real estate license from the California Department of Real Estate in 1989.

My work experience includes 14 years as a consultant with an international public accounting firm; Chief Financial Officer for a real estate developer and builder; and consulting experience with over 50 home builders and lenders. I am an active lecturer and teach seminars to first time homebuyers and real estate investors.

To maintain the most current information about the real estate industry and financial markets, I maintain membership in several professional organizations and subscribe to industry services that provide real-time information and interest rate forecasts. This allows me to provide loan programs that best match my clients’ needs.
