Bryan offers a unique and refreshing approach when working with his clients. Based on his background as a CPA and Financial Advisor, Bryan treats each client experience as an opportunity to understand the client’s unique financial perspective and make recommendations specific to improving their overall financial well being.

“With my experience as a CPA and Wealth Advisor I have the rare ability to see how the many individual pieces of a client’s financial picture impact each other and consequently, I’m able to offer custom solutions for each client”, admits Bryan.

Bryan has been a licensed CPA and Mortgage Advisor since 1992 and has consistently ranked among the top performers in the lending industry for a very simple reason. “I’m a number cruncher who cares about creating a great client experience,” says Bryan. “Living in and being actively involved in a small town has helped me develop a work ethic based on honesty and results. I see many of my clients on a daily basis and it’s important for me to look them in the eye and know I’ve delivered great service and optimal results.”

“I analyze and treat the mortgage like any other investment…delivering a loan structure and terms that maximize the return to the client given their objectives and risk tolerance,” says Bryan. “The tax implications of a mortgage transaction are also a huge factor, but often times this critical component is not properly considered.”

Although originally from the San Francisco area, Bryan moved to Lake Tahoe in 1995 and quickly fell in love with the small community atmosphere. Bryan is married and has two amazingly active boys that keep him feeling young. Bryan coaches baseball and soccer as well as being an active Rotarian. In addition to enjoying all the outdoor adventure opportunities that Lake Tahoe offers, Bryan has a strong passion for supporting Tahoe Women’s Services, a non profit organization in Lake Tahoe, committed to reducing violence against women and children.
