Cindy Pulliam is one of the few that can. She started her career as a receptionist back in 1987 for a mortgage broker and shortly after began expanding her horizons on every area of lending. She has worked as a processor, funder, underwriter, doc drawer, even a branch operations manager. All of the experience she has gained while working in the different fields has given her the knowledge and skills she uses to be a successful Loan Officer.
On a personal level, Cindy is equally well rounded. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, gardening, and playing softball. She is active in her community and is well known for her cheerful willingness to lend a helping hand. Cindy took the initiative to help start the home retention workshops for Merced County when the community was in trouble helping many people save their homes. Even though Cindy has many accomplishments, she says her proudest is her family. She successfully raised two children as a single mom and managed to juggle her career while doing so. Her daughter Nicole followed in her moms footsteps and is working as a processor at the Merced branch alongside Cindy. Her Son, Nevin, is a proud father and is pursuing his degree in plant biology.
