In 1999, Dave realized his lifelong dream of living in Lake Tahoe after selling DXR Imaging, his family owned company of 14 years. At the time of sale DXR, proudly employed 60 people and generated over $24 million in revenue.
In addition to successfully running DXR Imaging, Dave obtained a BS Degree in Accounting as well as his CPA license. He has been successfully involved in mortgage lending and private money lending since 2000. Dave feels his success is attributed to a business philosophy that adheres to:
