DAN TOOTHMAN

Dan has more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing in a variety of property types, including condominiums, tenants in common, multi-unit residential buildings, and single family homes. Dan became a part of the Residential Pacific Mortgage family in 2002.

Dan prides himself on working closely with each of his clients to formulate a long-term solution to their financial needs. He has been working with many of them for over a dozen years. Whether it's a re-finance, or a purchase, Dan's clients rely on his ability to clearly assess their personal lending needs. Dan also enjoys working with Realtors in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Realtors benefit from working with Dan because of his straight forward approach with their clients. This is particularly important when working with first time homebuyers.

Dan was born and raised in Burlingame, California. He attended Chico State University where he graduated with a Bachelor in Communications. As a native to the Bay Area and a local San Francisco resident, Dan has a deep knowledge of the CityÕs diverse neighborhoods as well as the surrounding counties. In his free time, Dan enjoys outdoor pursuits- especially cycling and skiing. He and his wife Lisa can also be found walking with their English Bulldogs, Gordon and Capitan.
