GET APPROVED TODAY - NEEDS LIST
To expedite the processing of your loan, the following information will be needed for both borrower and co-borrower:
• Name, address and telephone number of current employer
• W2’s for the last two years
• Federal Tax Returns for the last two years, including all schedules
• One current months paycheck stubs
• If employed less than two years at current job, include name, address and phone number of all employers for the past two years.
• If you own investment property, include rental agreements, most recent property tax bill and hazard insurance policy
• Statements for the last two months for all checking, savings, investment and retirement accounts (Include all pages)
• Current mortgage statement for all mortgage accounts, including second mortgage and lines of credit
• If you are currently renting, include landlord name and telephone number and current rent (We will not call them now, only after we have a property and are getting ready to close to verify payment)
• Photocopy of Drivers License/Resident Alien card, if applicable
• Copy of Social Security card (Needed for FHA loans)
