Gus has been in the mortgage industry for the past 29 years, he has owned his own Branch for the past 10 years located in downtown Walnut Creek. He has funded more that 1 billion dollars in loans. With this kind of time in the business he has assisted his clients in everything from $100,000 FHA first time home buyer loans to 5 Million dollar refinances and purchases. As a banker/broker he has a various sources for all loans including, conventional, FHA, VA, constructions, lot loans and mutli family loans. He has a dynamic team with his assistant Jodee Green who also has a long history in the industry with experience in processing, underwriting and document drawing. This efficient and experienced team takes the hands on approach with each client to ensure expedience, accuracy, and communication that his clients deserve; because of this the base of his business is from referrals and repeat clients.

He has lived in the bay his entire life so he is an expert in the area’s market and housing conditions. He has raised 3 children in Moraga with his wife of 24 years.
