JOANNA JACOBS
For the past six years, Joanna has consistently been a top performing loan officer. Given her professionalism and constant passion for unsurpassed customer service, it comes as no surprise that the majority of Joanna’s clients are either repeat clients or referrals. Joanna has been a member of the East Bay community for over 29 years. A dedicated mother of two fine young men and college graduates, Joanna has also co-owned her own transportation business and was the firm’s primary financial officer.
Altogether, Joanna has over 17 years experience in finance and banking, and she clearly understands cash flow, balance sheets, complex accounting programs, tax structures etc. It is this experience that enabled Joanna to secure a “mission critical” position with the Bank of America’s Technology Center in Concord, CA as their primary Technology Resource Manager, a position she held for almost 11 years. As luck would have it, Joanna’s reputation at the bank as a “People” person preceded her and she was subsequently offered various positions to work with the public. When the bank was purchased by Nation’s Bank, Joanna opted to pursue a career in the mortgage lending arena in order to work more closely with the community, and secondly, to provide for her sons, her household, and for her future. Since then, as a real estate lending specialist, Joanna has steadily built a solid reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results!
No matter whether her clients are middle class, wealthy, just starting out, separated, divorced, or have less than desirable credit, Joanna always performs the impossible and goes the extra distance to assist her clients achieve their goals. Putting her clients first, Joanna has on occasion forgone her commissions just to help out a client in a tough situation. Trustworthy and always willing to persevere, Joanna truly exemplifies the qualities needed today to complete successful transactions for her clients.
