Jonathan Pass was raised in the San Ramon Valley attending Montair Elementary, Charlotte Wood Junior High and San Ramon High School. He graduated from St. Mary's College of California majoring in Business with his focus in finance and marketing. Jonathan currently resides in Lafayette with his wife Kristine and sons Kyle and Ben.
Immediately upon graduating Jonathan was recruited by World Savings Corporation and there he received all of his formal training. He began his career as an appraiser and then quickly advanced to a loan consultant. Jonathan loved working for World Savings but felt he was limiting his clientele with only one banks product. Consequently, Jonathan became a broker so that he could offer his clients the most competitive proucts in the market.
Since becoming a broker Jonathan has been in the top 5% of his company. He funded over 100 million in 2003 and continues to be a top producer each year with over 50 million funded in 2010. His mission is to find the right mortgage product for each of his clients, while delivering superior customer service. Jonathan strives to continually educated and update eadch of his clients. He empowers them with his knowledge of the market to ensure them that they are in the best product for their situation.
