As a client I can tell you that I very much appreciate how you handle your business. Your interest rates and fees are usually the lowest or close to being the lowest and you always move quickly and do what you say you will do. You meet the escrow deadlines which other lenders sometimes fail to do. Several years ago I almost lost two deals when I got loans at B of A because of their inability to get things done on time. They have great people working there but they don't have the ability to get things done without going through a lot of other people first, which is a problem. I will never go to B of A for a loan again. When I need a loan, my broker always reminds me if to call you first. If those two deals had fallen through he would have lost two commisions on two properties that were being purchased for over $1 million. As I'm sure you know, you can some times lose out on a deal if you don't move fast and with you and RPM I don't have to worry about that problem. I appreciate professionalism and competence.
