KEVIN KENNEDY
Kevin Kennedy is committed to providing his clients with personal attention and top notch service. Kevin prides himself on being not only a mortgage consultant, but a problem solver. Kevin has years of lending experience and has helped many families realize their dreams of owning a home. Whether it's a first time home buyer or someone who has less than perfect credit, Kevin has the knowledge and know-how to offer creative financing options. Kevin meets with his clients in-person and is available seven days a week to answer questions. Kevin takes the time to fully understand his clients' needs and goes the extra mile to get his clients the best rates and loan terms.
Kevin joined the RPM family in June of 2003. Prior to working at RPM, Kevin worked for a prominent Bay Area mortgage bank where he was an underwriter, wholesale rep, and loan agent. During these years of high loan volume, Kevin processed and closed thousands of home loans. This experience gave him a greater understanding of the overall home loan process and has helped him develop a mindset for creating specific mortgage solutions for each individual client.
Kevin was born and raised in the Bay Area and has spent most of his life living in San Ramon Valley. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Leah and their seven year old daughter Kaitlyn. Kevin also enjoys cycling, music, and reading.
