KIM MITCHELL
Kimberly began her career in the mortgage/real estate industry in 1986 specializing in real estate sales including new home sales, marketing and project management. After a number of successful years in the business along with an ever-growing interest in the financial aspect of the industry, Kimberly shifted her focus to financing.
For many years Kimberly owned and managed a local, net branch for a California based mortgage banker. During this time she gained valuable experience and developed an expertise in all aspects of the lending process from originating, underwriting, processing and management. In addition, her extensive knowledge with government financing served as the basis for her role as a corporate trainer where she provides a number of industry based courses including FHA loan training to originators, realtors and consumers.
Kimberly prides herself on the superior level of customer service she provides to each of her clients. She insists on committing the time and resources to understand the motivation and needs of her clients. Her common sense approach and her ability to evaluate individual requirements and concerns allow her to provide achievable and customized solutions to all of her client’s financing needs.
Kimberly holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Management from Saint Mary’s College and continues to stay current with the ever changing financial markets. In addition, she utilizes highly effective industry tools to assist her in providing clients with solid, valuable financing advice.
