I grew up around BoHai Bay in mainland China. After high school, I came to the United States for my university education. Upon receiving my Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida, my husband and I moved to Los Angeles to pursue our “California adventure”.
I am passionate about what I do. To be able to assist hundreds of families with the financing of their home has been the most rewarding experience in my professional career.
During my years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have an extensive background in assisting first time homebuyers, high net worth borrowers, low-to-moderate income borrowers, self-employed borrowers, investors and more.
I do not only hold a California Real Estate License, I am also a certified National Mortgage Licensee (NMLS # 278034).To be Licensed Nationally, I was required to perform many hours of training, testing and continuing education in Mortgage Lending. I was fingerprinted and credit checked so you, as a client, can be sure a knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional individual is performing your mortgage loan transaction.
I am an active member of the Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce, Woman Council of Realtors and Southland Association of Realtors. In my spare time, I love to read, travel and spending time with my family. I have been married to my college sweetheart for over 15 years, and are blessed with two beautiful children.
