LINDA ZAISS
Linda has been a Pleasanton resident since 1991 and raised her three children here. All three attended Pleasanton schools, which was the reason Linda chose to move to the area.
Linda has always had an interest in finance and in helping people. After working in Silicon Valley for over 16 years, she was introduced to the mortgage industry and was the Rookie of the Year, her first year in business. She has found her niche.
Linda has been in the mortgage industry and with RPM Mortgage, Inc. since 1998. She received her Real Estate Sales Person License in 1998 and went on to get her Real Estate Brokers license in 2006. Linda has been promoted to Vice President and is also a partner leading a team of Mortgage Loan Originators at the Pleasanton West Neal branch. She consistently remains one of the top producers in the company. She has an experienced team and systems in place that efficiently work to meet her clients’ needs.

Why use RPM? RPM is a private mortgage bank that was established in 1986. RPM is approved to underwrite and fund loans with a variety of established investors. Our focus is on the real estate community making top service and product availability the number one priority. We are an FHA and VA approved lender and have our own appraisal department. RPM only uses appraisers who are local to the area they are appraising unlike National Appraisal companies that can assign an appraiser from anywhere.
