LANCE LEMOINE

Lance has been in the Mortgage Banking business for nearly 25 years. He started as a loan officer, took on expanded roles such as area manager, regional manager, national operations manager and eventually an Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager role with Bank of America. In 2008, Lance began focusing his experience and energy more locally on finding solutions for individuals. He started Texas Mortgage Solutions, joined the RPM team, and opened the very first RPM Branch in Texas. He has an experienced team and systems in place that work efficiently to meet his client’s needs. Lance is also extremely well connected within the industry which allows him to better inform and guide his client’s and staff.
