We started working with Michael Abram and RPM on our refinance late last year. There were early challenges in terms of paperwork but Michael was there every step of the way to guide us through the process. Even though we are in the bay area while Michael is in southern cal, Michael was very responsive and was always there when I needed to ask questions or check status. Best example, it was the final loan doc signing and 8:15pm, I had a question came up and decided to call Michael (and expected voice mail) but Michael was right there and helped us completed the loan doc signing.
