He guided me through the entire process and told me exactly to the “t” what I needed to do to put myself in the best possession to get the best interest rate. I followed his advice and everything that he promised came thru.
My loan was filled with HUGE credit issues, last minute guideline changes and at one point I was not sure if I was going to be able to close escrow as loan procedures were constantly changing. I was afraid that I was going to lose my dream home. Ken NEVER gave up. He diligently and relentless worked night and day and even had the president of the bank on the phone to assist us in the road blocks that we continuously seemed to hit.

Even while is wife was in labor he was in contact with me and because of him and his staff I am now a proud first time home buyer and Ken is the proud owner of a new son, Roman.

Wow! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team. What an experience my client and I had with you on this last transaction. We found a cute house that they fell in love with and it was a multiple offer situation. The Seller was a licensed real estate agent so she knew better than to accept an offer that didn't have solid funding. In our case we needed to do an FHA loan and there were some issues with the property that she knew would be heavily scrutinized. We weren't her first choice but she really wanted to sell the house to someone that she liked and the photo of them standing in front of the house that I submitted with the offer helped. I think that since she was moving out of the area, she felt like any delays would help her in packing up etc. Our funding date was the Monday after Thanksgiving and unbelievably, you delivered and without delay. Pete and I went on a listing presentation last night and we brought the below information with us. It is important for the seller to know that an agent selling their home is protecting them right from the beginning. Cross-qualifying is absolutely an integral part of that process. Cross-qualifying also sets us as agents apart from other agents who do not take this ver important step. As we described to the sellers last night that cross-qualifying a buyer and finding out that the buyer then cannot qualify to purchase their home right at the beginning saves them time and money as opposed to finding out one week before close of escrow is to occur. Obviously, if we find out right up front that a buyer cannot qualify, then we are able to move right onto accepting a buyer's offer who can qualify and all is good!
All agents should use this tool as part of their listing presentation. By the way, we got the listing!
