I recently relocated from Alexandria, Virginia and returned to the place where I was born, Los Angeles. I had owned a couple of homes in Virginia and the purchase of those homes was fairly simple. This was not the case for the home I purchased in Los Angeles.
In order to live close to my work, I asked my sister-in-law, a real estate agent, to help me out. While we were looking for potential homes, Stephanie assisted me with obtaining VA Eligibility for the home I wanted to buy.
