While I was born in the Midwest, I’ve lived in Northern California and Northern Nevada continuously for the past 41 years. The natural beauty of the area along with abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation has kept me firmly planted in this beautiful region.
I graduated from a California State University with a degree in Finance and later earned teaching credentials in math and business. During my time in South Lake Tahoe, I have been very active serving the community by helping in the schools, coaching youth sports, and volunteering many hours as a member of sundry local service clubs including serving on the Board of Directors for four different community service groups.
My career in finance started with Bank of America in the mid-1980s and I’ve never looked back. Of course, I enjoy serving others and I appreciate the challenges and the personal reward that goes along with helping my friends and neighbors reach their goals of home ownership and to improve their financial situations through prudent financial positioning. Honestly, my guiding principle is to treat my clients as I would like to be treated. Roughly 95% of my business is repeat and referral clientele which validates my approach to the business.
