Norm, a San Francisco native, brings with him 28 years of management, sales and marketing experience as a Senior Executive leading new business development, sales operations, and large-scale projects for the mortgage and hospitality industries.
Most recently Norm was Managing Partner of Amwest Mortgage serving a customer base that extends from the Silicon Valley, through Sacramento, Northern California, the Sierras, and through all of Northern Nevada. Previously, he acted as VP of the Shell Group, PD/DOS positions with Signature Resorts, California Riviera and the Highland Group. Norm has also acted as a real estate and resort acquisition specialist.
Norm is licensed in California and Nevada as a RE Broker and Mortgage Agent. His projects have spanned California, Nevada and Hawaii. He also serves as president of the Board of Directors of UEI, Inc., a private community in Lake Tahoe.
He currently is residing in Lake Tahoe, NV with his wife of thirty years, Charmain Hansen, an artist.
