Background & Business Objectives
I was born and raised in the coastal region of Los Angeles, and educated at the University of Southern California. I moved to Northern California following college, spending nearly a decade in local municipal government as a City Planner and Community Development Director. I secured my Real Estate License in 1987, and moved to full time Real Estate Sales in 1988. I made the lateral move to the Mortgage Industry in 1993. I currently hold a Real Estate Broker’s License from the California Department of Real Estate and am fully endorsed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry.
My overarching goal has always been to foster long term investment success for my clients. Whether this entails purchasing your first home, investment or vacation property, or arranging supplemental financing to fund alternative investments, college tuition, home improvements or debt consolidation, the goal is always to support and improve the client’s financial strength and long term stability. This is accomplished by first listening carefully to my client’s financial background and objectives, from which a sound strategy can be developed, including a list of appropriate mortgage options. I will take whatever time is necessary to assure the client understands the loan program they’ve chosen and all associated costs. My business platform is “service first.”
I’m based in the Mill valley office of RPM Mortgage (Marin County). I chose RPM Mortgage because as both a Mortgage Bank and Mortgage Brokerage firm, I have access to the broadest spectrum of loan products with a strong support system. My lengthy experience and focus on customer service assures that my clients receive the most affordable loan products, delivered in a timely fashion with no surprises.
When not working with my clients, I enjoy gardening and various home improvement projects. My real passion is sailing and I avail myself of the San Francisco Bay waters whenever possible.
