THE PAM CHOW TEAM

Pam attended the University of Southern California and having been on the Dean’s list throughout her time at USC, she received her Cum Laude Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration in only three years. Following USC, Pam attended California State University, Northridge and received her Master of Arts degree in Sociology.

After spending time as an Administrative Intern learning the operations of three different Departments, Pam began her full-time career working in municipal government. She spent over eight years working for the City of Santa Clarita where she received numerous accolades for innovative projects and programs including a nationally recognized program she worked on with the Mayor. Pam continued her career in municipal government working for the City of La Mirada. During this time, she gained experience in Parks, Recreation, Community Services, and Public Safety.

In an effort to spend more time with her young children, Pam left full-time government employment and began her career as a consultant and investing in real estate. In the process of purchasing an investment property, Pam began the process of entering the real estate profession as a Mortgage Planner.

Pam’s personal experience with the purchase of real estate reinforces her commitment to customer service. It is her goal to treat each client’s transaction as if it were her own. She is committed to only providing loans to clients which are beneficial to them. She is confident that the service her client’s receive is the absolute best. Pam looks forward to working with you throughout the years.
