RPM MORTGAGE, INC. INTRODUCES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE, CURTIS THRAPP

RPM Mortgage is proud to introduce Curtis Thrapp as one of the new Territory Representatives who is covering the Pacific Northwest region, including Oregon and Washington.

With RPM's expanded business development program, Thrapp will be in charge of recruiting new branches in his respective area as well as best-in-class loan agents who fit the RPM business model. Thrapp will also be assisting the existing branches in his territory, making sure that all their needs are met.

When asked why he wanted to represent RPM, Thrapp replied, "I was always impressed with the high level of professionalism, the vision, and overall corporate culture at RPM. Now I'm thrilled to be a part of this team and excited about introducing the RPM brand and unique business model to the Pacific Northwest."

Thrapp has worked in the business for 13 years and has most recently worked at U.S. Bank as a Wholesale Mortgage Executive. He was very successful at U.S. Bank, receiving multiple service and sales awards at a top tier level.

Thrapp builds his business around strong relationships that are based on honesty, integrity, communication and a mutual desire to succeed. Thrapp believes in RPM's business model because of the focus on the relationship with the loan agent and making sure that everything is given to them that they need to succeed.

"When I first reviewed the RPM business model one of the first things that stood out to me was the level of importance placed on the loan agent," said Thrapp. "When you take this value system and combine it with all the tools and support that RPM provides, you have a winning formula."

Thrapp enjoys reading history and philosophy as well as exploring the outdoors on foot, mountain bike, and skis in his spare time. He has been a member of the "Eugene Active 20-30 Club" for five years and most recently served as the Project Chair for 2010's Freedom Festival.
