RPM MORTGAGE NAPA MOVES DOWNTOWN
RPM Mortgage Napa recently moved to a new, more central location in the heart of downtown Napa at 1835 First Street RPM Napa was previously located at 2040 Jefferson Street and has been with RPM since 2007.
RPM Mortgage Napa is now under new ownership and is owned and operated by Susan and Dominic Pomilia, also the owners of RPM Mortgage Mill Valley. Susan thought that moving the Napa branch downtown was a good idea because of the central location that it now holds.
“I wanted to move the Napa branch closer to downtown so it would be easier for clients and referral partners to access the branch,” said Susan. “We are hoping to add a few new loan officers to our branch and believe that this location will be more attractive to prospective agents. It is bigger space and a more desirable location.”
The Napa branch consists of the same great group of agents who were at the old Napa location, including Sean Wickersham, Julie Ross, Dan Hunt, Mark Gelow, John Pritchard and Eddie Berengue. Susan described the atmosphere of the Napa branch as “charming yet professional.”
The branch is targeting the Napa community and plans on building upon its already well-established reputation within Napa County. The new branch location will not only be more easily accessible to existing clients, but will also open up more opportunities for new client as well due to the more noticeable location.
RPM Napa is currently involved in the local community and is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors – Napa Chapter, the Kiwanis and the Napa 20/30 club. It also supports Napa Little League and the Wine Valley Cycle for Sight Rotary Ride for Veterans.
