RPM MORTGAGE LOS ANGELES CELEBRATES
ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY
RPM Mortgage would like to congratulate the RPM Los Angeles (RPM LA) branch on a successful first year in business! In just one year, the branch has been able to help over 200 people achieve their dreams of homeownership!
“Time flies when you’re having fun!” said Dean Wong, Branch Manager of RPM LA. “I can’t believe it’s already been a year. It feels great to be able to provide jobs to local residents and help so many Angelenos finance their piece of the American dream.”
Since opening, Wong has successfully built up RPM LA to include a total of nine employees including himself, three Loan Agents: Marc Noah, Ubaldo Leon, Wesley Tang and multiple Loan Processors and Coordinators. All the Loan Agents in the branch have a minimum of eight years of experience in the mortgage business.
RPM Mortgage LA is located at 4640 Admiralty Way, Suite 430, Marina Del Rey. The mission of the branch is to “exceed clients’ expectations through expertise, professionalism and commitment to excellence.” RPM LA offers FHA and Jumbo financing amongst other loan programs for homebuyers or people looking to refinance their primary residence, investment property, or vacation home.
One of the main reasons that Wong decided to move his branch to RPM Mortgage a year ago was because of the in-house mortgage bank and the many loan programs that RPM has to offer.
“We made the switch to RPM Mortgage in order to offer our clients the best of both worlds: efficiency of an in-house bank with the flexibility of additional brokered options,” said Wong. “In this way, we can offer our clients a custom-tailored loan program to suit their unique needs.”
He describes his branch atmosphere as fast-paced, hard-working, energetic and fun. He worked hard to make sure the RPM LA name is synonymous with professionalism, dependability and excellence to maintain a strong reputation within the area as he hopes to open more branches in Los Angeles County within the next couple of years.
Wong has a good standing in the Los Angeles area and the majority of his business is built upon referrals from clients and strong Realtor, Financial Planner and Business Manager relationships. Wong was also a recent finalist for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2012 Asian Business Award which recognized his outstanding business practices over the past year.
Wong built his business 11 years ago based around education on the mortgage process and shares his expert mortgage advice on the radio on AM 570 “Tee It Up Radio.” His branch is also very involved in the community and is an official sponsor of the 5K “Concrete Hero” run which benefits AIDS Project Los Angeles. The branch is also hosting its own charity concert at the Playa Vista Bandshell at the end of September to benefit the Los Angeles Foundation on Aging.
