RPM MORTGAGE, INC. INTRODUCES NEW CALABASAS BRANCHES
RPM Mortgage, Inc. (RPM) recently announced its latest branches in Calabasas, California. The main branch is located at 23945 Calabasas Road, Suite 213 and the secondary satellite branch is located at 24003A Ventura Blvd., Suite 211. RPM Calabasas branches have a total of 16 employees and loan agents. Together they serve Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties.
The Calabasas branches are completely new branches that are formed from agents that had previously worked together at United Pacific Mortgage (UPM) for many years. Once UPM was acquired by Countrywide, the agents left the company but now many have reunited after being apart for more than three years.
Daryl Wizelman is the Branch Manager at the main Calabasas branch, and Randy Wagner is the Branch Manager of the smaller satellite branch. Both worked together at UPM for 15 years prior to it merging with Countrywide and plan on picking up where they left off with a fresh start and new approach to lending at RPM.
Branch Manager Daryl Wizelman believes that by starting a new branch at RPM that his agents will have the flexibility and support that they need in order to succeed.
"We researched many privately-held mortgage companies and found RPM to be the best fit for my team based on RPM being ahead of the competition," said Wizelman. "The fact that RPM is based in California is a huge factor to ensure our team that RPM understands the California market. We also liked RPM because of the strength in its privately-held mortgage bank, the Fannie Mae direct products, the weekly payments to our loan agents that validate the fact that RPM Mortgage is a very loan agent friendly place to work."
Wizelman describes his branches as "having lots of heart and providing their community with a team that they can rely on in good times and challenging times." Wizelman has been in the industry for more 20 years and his team of agents and employees have extensive experience in the industry as well. He hopes to expand the size of his branch more by the end of the year.
Vice President of Business Development, Rick Cossano, believes that the Calabasas branches will be an excellent addition to the RPM family and that they will represent RPM well in Southern California.
