Rita was there every step of the way and explained everything in detail in a way that was easy for us to understand. Her assurance and calm demeanor made us feel less stressed-out during one of the most important transactions of our lives.

Rita always encouraged us to contact her if we had questions. She let us know that she was working for us, that she was there to serve us and made my wife and I feel like we were her most important clients, even though she serves many, many people. Rita even traveled to San Francisco from Discovery Bay to meet us (a long distance away) to review the lending documents. She went out of her way to make the process easier and less stressful for us.

Rita’s attention did not stop after the sale. We receive Christmas and birthday cards – a reminder of her attention to personal details. My wife is a native Spanish speaker and the cards she sends my wife are in Spanish. It just goes to show that Rita goes the extra mile for her clients.

I recently purchased my first home. Normally, this would be a very stressful time.
