Rita M. Caruso, a Sr. Mortgage Consultant for RPM Mortgage, has been in the mortgage industry for 24 years. She’s honed her skills in all loan areas to include FHA, VA, construction financing, conforming and jumbo. As a full-time loan originator, her passion in this business is reflected by her repeat customers. “My clients love how I explain everything to them and make the process simple for them to understand,” said Caruso. “They walk away from my transaction with a greater knowledge of how to utilize their mortgage to fit their financial future.” When she’s not working, Caruso enjoys spending time with her husband of 13 years and their daughter, gardening and cooking. “I am a teacher at heart and use those skills to educate my clients so they are not just getting a loan, but planning for their future,” she added.

I recently purchased my first home. Normally, this would be a very stressful time.
