Rachel Lamoreux is one of the top producers in the Lake Tahoe Region. Rachel started her mortgage career in 1998 from the ground up. She now owns her own net branch of Tahoe Lending Group in Truckee. Her hard work and passion have led her to be recognized by the leaders of the community and top real estate professionals as a trusted advisor of the mortgage industry.

One of the many passions that Rachel focuses on is the need for affordable housing in the Tahoe area. Her contribution has been to find the best loan programs available and has been the only mortgage planner to successfully close loans on the first affordable project thus far.

Rachel knows that a home mortgage is one of the largest financial commitments that a person makes in a lifetime. She helps her clients realize that their home is truly a financial tool that can help them achieve their dreams and future plans.

Rachel is a dedicated mortgage professional that is constantly working with her client’s best interest in mind.

Victoria moved to the Tahoe area in 2002 from Seattle, Washington. Being an avid skier she was drawn to the small town feel and mountain lifestyle. Her mortgage career began in Seattle on the banking side where she managed large warehouse lines for internal funding. When she moved to Tahoe she quickly realized that her strengths and passion were better directed on the front end, helping the client. She mentored under Senior Mortgage Planner Rachel Lamoreux since 2003. She and Rachel formed a strong team of helping a wide range of clients who appreciate this area as much as they do. Victoria and Rachel rely strongly on ethics and relationship building which have helped them become experts in loan programs for 1st time homebuyers, 2nd home purchases, refinances, construction and government lending programs.
